Open Question: What is the best skin cream next to a face lift or botox for young skin?

When I was a teenager my drug test, but bad for a few years now, I clean, but my face looks like it has been 20 years old. I have very dark circles under my eyes, my skin is a combination of parts and spots. After all, is the best cream I have done the same thing as collegin (spelling sorry), but if it is determined to use the 21-year-old skin. I have tried that anit-aging, wrinkle cream, but ofcourse the old skin and does not work, or make it worse … Thank you
